Ask an ADHD Coach: Aimed at adults with ADHD (2026)

 ONLINE

Ask an ADHD Coach for Adults with ADHD

Brought to you by ADHD New Zealand and Alex Campbell

ADHD support for adults often focuses on developing practical strategies to manage attention, executive functioning, and emotional self-regulation.

An ADHD coach works alongside adults with ADHD to help them better understand how ADHD shows up in their daily lives and to develop personalised strategies that make life feel more manageable and enjoyable.

Coaching may include identifying your specific challenges and building structure, skills, and realistic action plans to support you in areas where you feel stuck.

You might have broad questions around topics such as:

  • organisation

  • planning

  • budgeting

  • self-advocacy

Or your questions may be more specific, for example, “How do I manage impulsive spending?”

Wherever you’re starting from, you’re welcome to bring yourself and your questions to this supportive group session.
