Ask an ADHD Coach: Aimed at Adults with ADHD (15 July 2025)

 ONLINE

ADHD Coach / Q&A
Brought to you by ADHD NZ and Alex Campbell

ADHD treatment for adults generally includes finding strategies to manage attention, executive functions, and emotional self-regulation.

An ADHD coach assists ADHD adults in developing effective strategies to make life more enjoyable.

The coach can provide treatment options for ADHD by working with you to identify how ADHD affects you and help you establish structure, skills, and action plans to overcome your challenges.

Broad questions you might have include:

  • organisation
  • planning
  • budgeting, or
  • self-advocacy.

Of course, your questions can be more specific (such as 'how to manage impulsive spending').

So bring yourself and your questions to our group session(s) on Teams.

Where: online - so you don't have to worry about travelling and parking!
