• how Pharmac is responding to the shortages,
• the special authority process and why it exists
• the role of GPs and pharmacists during shortages
• managing changes and disruptions for patients
• costs and practicalities and
• looking ahead.
   

We will have time for audience questions. If we don’t get to yours to answer, we will be gathering them to share with Pharmac afterwards.
