 ONLINE

WEBINAR with Xena Jones

We are super excited to present Xena Jones, an ADHD Coach & Specialist, founder of Navigating Adult ADHD, and host of the globally ranked Navigating Adult ADHD podcast. She is passionate about educating, supporting & empowering adults with ADHD to thrive.

Xena's August webinar is focusing on Navigating RSD (Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria):

Do you spiral after an unanswered text?

Replay awkward conversations in your head for days?

Or feel completely crushed by even the slightest hint of criticism?

If so, you're not alone.

Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) affects an estimated 99% of ADHDers - and for many, it's the most painful and misunderstood part of living with ADHD.

In this webinar, Xena will cover:

  • What RSD actually is, how it shows up, and the key factors that influence it.

  • The opposite of RSD - and why aiming for that matters.

  • What happens in your brain and body during an RSD response.

  • A practical 3-step process to  help you manage RSD and recover faster when it hits.

You'll walk away with more understanding, validation, and tangible tools to navigate RSD.
