Meet like-minded adults with ADHD in Auckland

This group is for adults who suspect they have or are diagnosed with ADHD hyperactive or impulsive type / inattentive types or both (along with other co-existing diagnoses).

They also welcome whanau and people close to those with ADHD. They believe that these groups of people will benefit the most through meeting others who share their experiences in order to learn, support and socialise in a friendly environment.

This enables them to leverage our relationships and collective wisdom for the growth of each member.

In this group they intend to deliver relevant information on many ADHD related topics, offer the opportunity to discuss challenges, and share information and experiences. Finally they wish to set aside time for individuals to socialise and get to know each other in a welcoming and friendly environment, with people who 'get it'.

They meet at 7.30pm on the 1st Tuesday of each month at a central Auckland location that is easily accessible from all motorways, buses and trains and is warm, friendly and welcoming.

Join our meetup to find dates, times and locations to RSVP to meet like-minded people.

This group is supported and backed by ADHD New Zealand.
