The Charity ("ADHD NZ", "we", "us", "our") respects the privacy and confidentiality of all its members and clients ("you", "your").

​We're committed to complying with the privacy requirements under the Privacy Act 2020.

The provision of your information is voluntary. You can provide your information to us either through our website, by contacting our National Coordinator or by using the hard copy registration form. We collect the information you provide to us. If you are considered a minor, we validate that the information provided is by your parent or legal guardian. 

We also collect general website data generated by our onsite systems. This information doesn't identify you personally, nor is it linked to the personal information you may have provided.

What we do with your information:
We use your personal information to manage your requests or transactions and to keep you informed about upcoming events, services, specials, or other information that may be of interest to you.

Your personally identifiable information will only be shared with third parties when, in good faith, we believe that we're required to do so by law. We won't sell or supply your information to any other third parties.

Information storage:
We hold personal information in a combination of secure computer and network storage facilities and paper-based files, and we've taken steps to protect your personal information that we hold from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. 

Use of cookies:
A cookie is a small file that resides on your computer and is recognised by our server when you visit our website. We use Google Analytics to help us understand how you're using our website. This information isn't personally identifiable to you or shared with any third party.
