Survey of Teachers at Primary and Secondary Schools
Thank you for participating in our survey of teachers in primary and secondary schools who have identified children with ADHD in your school.
ADHD New Zealand has received funding from the Sutherland Self-Help Trust to develop resources and an ongoing programme too build on your understanding of supporting students with ADHD.
We value your honest input as we develop these resources to ensure what we deliver is practical and relevant for schools.
As a classroom teacher, we would like to hear about:
The results are anonymised, meaning that nobody, including the surveyors, will be aware of your identity or will be able to connect you to the answers you provide, even indirectly.
It should take 10 minutes to complete, and your participation is voluntary. If there is more than one teacher from your school participating, we ask that you each complete the survey individually.
