Supporting families living with ADHD

Thank you for your help and support.

To help us better understand the requirements of those living with ADHD, this survey aims to identify the gaps and make recommendations to the government, and other parties, for improving ADHD services in New Zealand.

The survey is multi-choice and will take less than five minutes to complete. Results are confidential and aggregated findings will be on our website in a few months.

We've partnered with the New Zealand Child and Youth Clinical Networks, which is a joint initiative of the Paediatric Society of New Zealand and the Ministry of Health.
