Welcome to our Annual "Adults with ADHD" 2023/2024 survey.
Each year we reach out and ask for adults (aged 18 years and over) who have been diagnosed with, or suspect they have, ADHD to complete our survey.
Insights into your challenges will help us identify which activities to prioritise in our conversations with the Government and stakeholders across the Health sector.
The results are anonymised, meaning that nobody, including the surveyors, will be aware of your identity or will be able to connect you to the answers you provide, even indirectly.
It should take 7-9 minutes to complete, and your participation is voluntary. If there is more than one adult with ADHD in your household, we ask that you each complete the survey individually.
Thank you for your support.
