An ADHD coach assists people living with ADHD to develop effective strategies to make life more enjoyable.
In this Ask an ADHD Coach online session, we will look at some of the challenges your teen(s) with ADHD might face as they become more independent. ​
​We can explore how to:
You will have the opportunity to hear from other families, share stories, ask me your burning questions, and learn how to support your teen(s) as they navigate this critical time in their lives.
Topics to think about:
Gathering wisdom - what are your teen's strengths?
Growing capacity - what can we do to nurture our teens' capabilities?
Gaining independence - how can we empower our teens?
So bring yourself and your questions to our group session.
