Bio:

Jock is a psychological / cognitive behavioural therapist who specialises in the assessment and treatment of ADHD, and other anxiety-related behaviours. 

This includes assessing and helping people understand and cope with challenges relating to panic attacks, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive symptoms, generalised anxiety, specific phobias and other stress related difficulties.
