An ADHD coach assists people living with ADHD to develop effective strategies to make life more enjoyable. In this "Ask an ADHD Coach" online session, we will look at some of the challenges your teen(s) with ADHD might face as they become more independent. |

You will have an opportunity to hear from other families, share stories, ask me your burning questions, and learn how to support your teen(s) in navigating this critical time in their life.
Topics to think about:
"Gathering wisdom - what are your teen's strengths?"
"Growing capacity - what can we do to nurture our teen's capability?"
"Gaining independence - how can we empower our teens"
So bring yourself and your questions to our group session on Teams.

- Provide you with a strengths-based approach to support and encourage your teens.

As well as being on the board of ADHD NZ, Brett Harrington is an ADHD specialist coach, counsellor and therapist and manages her own consultancy, ADHD Sorted. Since 2011, she has been dedicated to working with adults and children with ADHD using her ADHD-friendly and tailored approach to help them to manage life's challenges, be it in school, university, employment, business or relationships. |
