An ADHD coach assists people living with ADHD to develop effective strategies to make life more enjoyable. In this series of online sessions, we will look at some of the challenges your teen(s) with ADHD might face as they become more independent. |

- We know you want to see your teens excel and thrive in their chosen paths. Join us to discuss ways you can support your teens as they travel their paths towards growth and independence.

As well as being on the board of ADHD NZ, Brett Harrington is an ADHD specialist coach, counsellor and therapist and manages her own consultancy, ADHD Sorted. Since 2011, she has been dedicated to working with adults and children with ADHD using her ADHD-friendly and tailored approach to help them to manage life's challenges, be it in school, university, employment, business or relationships. |
