Meet our Speakers:

Dr Louise Cowpertwait is a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist with nearly 20 years of experience, including in the UK and NZ. As the CEO and Founder of MindMatters Clinic, she specialises in advising New Zealand workplaces and their employees about all things mental health and wellbeing, including supporting and celebrating a neurodiverse workforce. Louise and her team design workplace programmes, run training workshops and provide individual support from people in supported employment jobs right through to senior executives. Louise is strongly values-driven in her mahi (work) and loves what ADHD New Zealand are about!

Ruth Muller is Chief Research & Development Officer, a member of the Executive Leadership Team and Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Frucor Suntory Oceania. Ruth generously shares learnings from her external immersion and lived experience with neurodivergence, and how that has helped shape her as a leader.
Ruth is a seasoned R&D leader, with 24 years of experience in local, regional and global FMCG roles, including at Unilever in Germany and Campbell Arnott’s in Australia. She has been at the heart of some of Frucor Suntory’s most successful launches. She promotes innovation (creating value through thinking differently), future focus and understanding of macro trends and cultural shifts, to define and drive growth opportunities and positive change. This includes the launch of V Refresh and Boss Coffee and developing future energy & adult socialization opportunity spaces.
Passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, Ruth has played a key role in building Frucor Suntory’s DEI strategy and empowering our Employee Impact Groups to ensure what the organisation are doing is meaningful and impactful.
Originally from Te Hapua, a small Māori village at the very top of New Zealand, Ruth now lives in South Auckland with her husband Pete, her daughter Erika (16) and dog Mollie. Outside of work, Ruth enjoys running, reading & renovating and is studying in the field of Organisational Behaviour at The University of Auckland.
