Changes to rules for ADHD Association Incorporated (ADHD New Zealand) 

Under the new Incorporated Societies Act 2022, all societies must update their rules and re-register under the new law. 

ADHD New Zealand’s 2012 rules no longer meet legal or governance requirements. If we don't update these our association may eventually lose it's incorporated status. A Special General Meeting will be held on 2 February 2026 for ADHD New Zealand members to consider and vote on the new rules. 

Our board strongly recommends adopting the new rules.
