With the help of North Harbour and KiwiSport, we're once again running an awesome basketball programme specifically for ADHD and ASD youth over Term 4 2019. The feedback we received from the last programme was really positive and families mentioned that it was an awesome experience for their kids.

There are two sessions available:
  • Session 1: 12.00pm - 1:15pm (emerging skills)
This session is for young or newer kids to the sport and will focus on basketball skills as well as social and listening skills. This session will maintain the same format each week.
  • Session 2: 1.00pm - 2.00pm (advanced skills)
This session is for older or more skilled kids and includes warm up and basketball skills as well as other activities which change from week to week. This session will finish off with a basketball game involving the kids and coaches.

Come along and join in on the fun! Here's what you need to know:
Starts: Sunday 20 October and runs every week until Sunday 1 December
Registration: come along to the first session and register on the day

Cost:
- $40 per family, payable in Cash or Internet Banking by the first day of Term

Our ambassador Petra Leary features in a short documentary on how she takes her hidden superpower to the sky, focusing her lens on becoming the world’s top aerial photographer. Bird's Eye shows how Petra sees the world from above, seeking startling heights to create stunning art, all while trying to make sense of the complex and challenging world around her.
