FAQ - how do you reset your password?
If your email and password are not recognised, click on the text link "Reset password".
- Enter the email address you used when registered or logged in last time.
- If the email you enter matches the email we have on file for you, you'll receive our 'reset your password' email. If you don't see our email within a few minutes check your junk email or try another email address.
You will receive an email that asks you to click on a text link to reset your password.
- Enter your new password here.
- Your password must be at least eight characters and contain a letter and a number.
- The password in both fields must be the same.
- Click the 'Continue' button.
Once you have reset your password, log in with your email and new password.
