auckland workshop

Every Day with ADHD Parenting Workshop, Auckland

​Term 2, 2021

Learn the "how to's" for managing children with ADHD, learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.

Designed specifically for parents and carers, you'll be able to:
  • decrease angry and aggressive behaviour
  • reduce stress and anxiety
  • provide tools for the child’s future, and
  • recognise and encourage positive qualities.

By the conclusion of this course you would have established:
  • understanding of your child
  • recognition of what you are really dealing with 
  • re-engagement and relationship with your child
  • a positive view of your child
  • confidence in dealing with your child 
  • confidence in dealing with your child’s school and education, and
  • a bank of tools, strategies and resources for on-going future use.

Where: Yarnton House, 14 Erson Ave, Royal Oak, Auckland

Dates:  This term 2 2021 course is run over four Sundays, and will be run on the following dates for:
  • Sunday 13 June 2021
  • Sunday 20 June 2021
  • Sunday 27 June 2021, and
  • Sunday 04 July 2021.
         
Time: 10.00am - 1.15pm

​About the presenter: Tracey Rountree

​Tracey has been working with ADHD NZ with their mission to educate, support and advocate for those living with ADHD.

She has been presenting the Everyday with ADHD programme for five years, facilitating parent courses and professional workshops around Auckland.  As well as presenting current facts and information on ADHD through this programme, she has live experience of ADHD and can bring that all important personal perspective to the presentations.
